I have been tired for 13 years.

I am sick and tired of being sick and tired.

My cardiologist has said my recovery at present is as good as it is going to get.

Plastic inside of you keeping you alive is what it is, but the heart muscle loss and eschemia in the brain and bad affect of loss of recall in the short term memory is enough to scare the living hell out of me, the being dead part, i don't have a comment on, because I don't have enough of a context to put that into short words.   The hospital did not want to address that directly, Probably told by lawyers not to.

 What upset me the most is the specialist not giving me any short term prognosis for the improvement of the status quo current situation.
